For example, if a recipe calls for butter, milk, Worcestershire sauce, or cheese I mean vegan butter, vegan milk, vegan Worcestershire sauce alternative, and vegan cheese, etc. If I use a specific brand or type of vegan alternative (such as almond milk over coconut milk) and I believe that this is pertinent to the recipe I will note it.
